Çiğdem Ayözger Öngün

نبذة

Founder and Managing Partner of SRP-Legal in Istanbul, with extensive experience in Technology, Media & Communications (TMC) law, FinTech, e‑commerce, corporate and competition law, and data protection & privacy. She holds a PhD in Data Protection and Privacy Law, an LL.M. in Competition Law (studied at Istanbul University and the London School of Economics), a law degree from Ankara University, and completed the Koç University Executive MBA; she previously served in senior legal and regulatory roles at Turkcell, including Chief Legal & Regulation Strategies Officer of Turkcell Superonline and Head of Group Regulation Strategies and Policies of Turkcell Group.
