Sertel Şıracı is Managing Partner at SCH Law Firm and has provided litigation, consultancy and education services for 15 years to multinational and local clients on information technology and intellectual property law. He is a trademark and patent attorney, an authorised mediator, and lectures on information technology and intellectual property law at Bahçeşehir University and Aydın University; he is also a former head of the Istanbul Bar Association IT Law Commission and a founding member of several sector associations.
