Founder of Ülken Law Firm (est. 2013), Efe Ülken is a maritime and commercial lawyer with an English law background who advises international clients on complex cross-border matters, particularly in the superyacht, shipbuilding and ship finance sectors. He holds bar memberships in Istanbul and Hamburg and has extensive experience on regulatory issues relating to ship ownership.
