نبذة

Emre Subaşı is a partner at Günay Erdoğan Law Firm with expertise in capital markets, public offerings, finance law and venture capital. He served five years as Legal Counsel at the Capital Markets Board (CMB), was Chief Legal Counsel and a founding-team member of the Turkish Mercantile Exchange (TMEX) for nearly three years, later headed a venture capital department at an Istanbul law firm, and also acts as chief legal counsel to a start-up.
