Denis Petkovic is an experienced lawyer who has practised in Sydney, London and Hong Kong for over 36 years and served as a partner in leading American and English law firms for over 26 years. He has represented lenders, borrowers, developers and investors in international finance transactions across infrastructure, energy, telecommunications, ports, oil and gas transportation, steel, hotel, water and education sectors, and has been a Visiting Professor in International Finance at Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London.
