Thabang Shomang is a Director in the Banking and Finance practice at RAMS Attorneys in South Africa, specialising in finance, project finance, corporate and general commercial law, property law, public procurement and energy law. He served articles at Norton Rose Fulbright (2005), worked at the Industrial Development Corporation (from 2010) and the Independent Power Producer Office (from 2016) before joining RAMS in 2019; he is a member of Southern Africa Venture Capital and Private Equity (SAVCA).
