Ömer Erdoğan is a partner and head of the Banking & Finance and Real Estate practice areas at Gen Temizer Erdogan Girgin Attorney Partnership in Türkiye. He has nearly two decades' experience advising multinational and local companies on real estate, infrastructure and energy projects and on a wide range of banking and finance transactions including trade, project and acquisition financings, banking regulatory matters, security documentation and syndicated/secured loans.
