Partner and co-founder of Atayilmaz Enkür Çetinkaya Öner (AECO) Law Office, dual-qualified in New York and Istanbul, specializing in data, technology, competition, corporate and commercial law and advising international and local clients across retail (e‑commerce and brick‑and‑mortar), pharmaceuticals, energy, IT, logistics and financial services. He holds an LL.M. from Georgetown (2010), an LL.B. from Bilkent (2006) and IAPP certifications (CIPP/E, CIPM and FIP), and previously held senior roles at Kinstellar, Dentons and Paksoy.
