Senior Associate at Pelister Keki Sarac & Co in Turkey, Ongun Özel is a corporate lawyer who specialises in mergers and acquisitions and contract law, advising local and international clients on M&A, intra-group mergers, venture capital investments, corporate law and governance. He previously worked in commercial arbitration, holds an LL.M. in Commercial and Corporate Law from Queen Mary University of London and an LL.B. from Bilkent University, and is fluent in English and Turkish.
