Founding Partner at Yalçin Aydin Attorneys at Law in Turkey with more than 13 years’ experience advising on Turkish law aspects of domestic and cross-border financing transactions. She acts for Turkish and international banks, financial institutions, non-bank lenders (including alternative investment funds) and corporate borrowers across a range of lending and financing matters and was previously Counsel in Dentons’ Istanbul Banking & Finance practice for 13 years prior to establishing the firm in 2026.
