Soichiro Fujiwara is Managing Partner at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu and has been a partner at the firm since 2006. He works on M&A and TMT matters, previously worked at Morrison & Foerster LLP in San Francisco (2003–2004), served as an adjunct lecturer at Sophia Law School (2008–2022) and Kyoto University Law School (2009–2023), and has been Statutory Auditor of MNTSQ, Ltd. since 2024.
