Rintaro Hirano is a Partner at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu in Japan who advises on banking and finance (including project finance, LBO and structured finance), real estate, construction & infrastructure and M&A. He joined the firm in 2001 and became partner in 2016; he has also worked at Davis Polk & Wardwell (New York) and the Japan Bank for International Cooperation and holds an LL.B. from The University of Tokyo, an LL.M. from Columbia Law School and an MBA from INSEAD.
