Partner in the Tokyo office of Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu, based in the Infrastructure, Energy and Environment and Real Estate departments. He has acted on multiple government committees relating to carbon offsets, environmentally sound real estate and solar power projects, and has served as a visiting professor at Musashino University Graduate School of Law.
