Yoshinobu Koyama

Partner at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu based in Japan, advising on real estate, pharmaceutical & healthcare and corporate/M&A matters. Admitted in Japan in 2006, he joined the firm in 2006 and became partner in 2017; he holds an LL.B. from The University of Tokyo and an LL.M. from Duke University School of Law, was seconded to Debevoise & Plimpton (New York) in 2012–2013, and served as Adjunct Lecturer (Civil Law) at The University of Tokyo from 2022–2024.
