Partner at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu based in Japan, specialising in corporate and M&A. Admitted to the Japan bar in 2005, he holds an LL.B. from Waseda University (2004) and an LL.M. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law (2011); he worked at Herbert Smith LLP (London and Tokyo) in 2011–2012 and has served as an Adjunct Lecturer at Aoyama Gakuin University Graduate School of Law since 2018.
