Partner at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu based in Japan, advising on corporate/M&A, private equity and venture capital, corporate governance, investigations and compliance, energy and natural resources, life sciences, international trade and sanctions. He holds an LL.B. from Keio University (2009) and an LL.M. from Columbia Law School (2016), is admitted in Japan (Dai-Ichi Tokyo Bar Association, 2010), has international experience in Germany, the Netherlands and Russia, and has served as an adjunct lecturer at Keio University Law School since 2023.
