Partner with more than 20 years' experience representing Japanese and international companies in complex cross-border transactions, focusing on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and large-scale commercial projects, and advising on corporate governance. She also regularly advises on data privacy, data governance and information security for highly regulated industries and has received recognitions including ALB Japan Law Awards Woman Lawyer of the Year (2022) and The Best Lawyers in Japan — Lawyer of the Year in Privacy and Data Security Law (2022).
