Partner at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu based in Japan, advising on corporate and M&A matters. Admitted to the Japanese bar in 2014, he holds a J.D. from Keio University Law School and an LL.M. in Corporate Governance and Practice from Stanford Law School, and was a foreign visiting attorney at Hengeler Mueller (Munich) in 2021–2022.
