Yothin Intaraprasong is a partner in the Bangkok office of Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu (Thailand) Co., Ltd., advising on corporate/M&A, civil and commercial disputes, employment law, real estate transactions, compliance and inbound/outbound investment. He previously practised at Chandler & Thong-ek Law Offices (2004–2014), joined Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu (Thailand) as an associate in 2014 and became a partner in 2018; he served as an adjunct lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Prince of Songkla University (Contract Drafting and Negotiation) in 2021.
