Combines transactional work with financial regulation and compliance expertise, after roles at The Long-Term Credit Bank of Japan (1996–1998), Allen & Overy LLP in London (2007–2008) focusing on securitisation and derivatives & structured finance, and service as a financial inspector at the Financial Services Agency of Japan (2012); active in fintech, venture capital/startups and private equity with a particular focus on Israel.
