Lisa Theng

Managing Partner at CNPLaw LLP in Singapore, Lisa Theng leads the Corporate and Dispute Resolution practice and has been in practice since 1991, advising on cross-border corporate transactions, private equity and venture capital matters and sector-specific deals. She served on Interlaw's board as one of two Asia representatives (2016–2021), was Chair of the Asia Pacific Region (2018–2021), and has held independent directorships including a current role at Swan & Maclaren Group Pte. Ltd.
