Daniel Soo is Director/Head of the Selvam LLC’s Insolvency and Restructuring Practice at Duane Morris & Selvam LLP in Singapore, and a commercial litigation and international arbitration lawyer with over two decades of experience. He advises on insolvency and debt restructuring (including schemes of arrangement and company voluntary arrangements), represents clients in high‑stakes matters before the Singapore courts and SIAC, and also handles non-contentious matters such as internal investigations, FinTech, IP and employment issues.
