Senior Counsel (appointed 2008) who acts as counsel in domestic courts and international arbitrations, and who serves as Vice‑President of the Law Society of Singapore and as an Executive Committee Member of the Singapore Academy of Law Senate; a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators who also accepts appointments as an arbitrator in SIAC, ICC and other arbitrations.
