Chief Operating Officer at Tito Isaac & Co LLP in Singapore. Called to the Bar (England & Wales) as a Barrister (Gray's Inn) and to the Singapore Bar, he is a former Republic of Singapore Navy officer (1970–1996) who served as President of the SAF Court Martial Centre.
