Nam Diep is a Partner at YKVN and head of the firm’s Hanoi office, specialising in M&A and corporate restructuring. She advises multinationals and foreign-invested companies on corporate, trade and tax matters and has led transactions in the steel, oil & gas and pharmaceutical sectors, including sales of strategic stakes in large state-owned enterprises; she has been recognised in Chambers Asia, Legal 500 and IFLR.
