Yee Ming Yau is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group at Christopher & Lee Ong in Malaysia with over 20 years of legal experience and more than 10 years in strategy, commercial and general management roles in multinational corporations. He advises on corporate and commercial matters, leads in-house M&A teams and manages complex negotiations in technical sectors including telecommunications, information technology, logistics engineering, oil and gas services and retail across Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam; clients have praised his negotiation skills and attentiveness.
