Gatmaytan is a founding partner and head of the Corporate Commercial practice at Gatmaytan Yap Patacsil Gutierrez & Protacio (C&G Law) in the Philippines, advising on corporate and commercial transactions including equity investments, M&A, lending and security arrangements, real estate, construction and infrastructure.
