Chou Ching is Co-Head of Corporate Real Estate at Rajah & Tann Asia with more than 20 years' active practice in corporate real estate and real estate finance, advising on acquisitions, divestments, development projects and property-related financing. She has been recognised as Lawyer of the Year for Real Estate at the Women in Business Law Awards Asia 2020 and is listed in Best Lawyers in Singapore 2024.
