Deputy Head of International Arbitration and Co-Head of the South Asia Desk at Rajah & Tann Asia, who also practises in Malaysia as a partner of Christopher & Lee Ong within the Rajah & Tann Asia network. He has wide-ranging experience in institutional and ad hoc international arbitration and related court proceedings across banking, corporate finance, hospitality, M&A, joint venture and shareholder disputes, and construction, infrastructure and energy projects, and has been recognised by Who’s Who Legal and Best Lawyers (since 2017) and won the 2021 Lexology Client Choice Award for Construction in Singapore.
