Chuan Thye Tan, SC is a Partner at Rajah & Tann Asia and a Senior Counsel of the Supreme Court of Singapore who specialises in international arbitration and appellate advocacy. He acts both as lead counsel and as arbitrator in SIAC, HKIAC, ICC and KLRAC proceedings, and has experience in commercial, corporate, financial and engineering disputes as well as restructuring and insolvency; he is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and of the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Singapore and has been recognised by Chambers Asia Pacific and The Legal 500.
