He specialises in international and treaty arbitration and cross-border commercial litigation—with a focus on corporate, commercial and investment disputes and aviation law—and sits on arbitrator panels; he is the immediate past global President of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and immediate Past President of the Inter‑Pacific Bar Association.
