Niki Chen is Foreign Counsel at Providence Law Asia LLC in Singapore, focusing on international commercial disputes and international arbitration. She represents major corporations and high-net-worth individuals in complex, high-value disputes across sectors including mining, telecommunications and commodity trading, and has acted in arbitrations administered by the ICC and the SIAC; she holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of Edinburgh and an LL.M. from New York University School of Law.
