Counsel at Providence Law Asia in Singapore who specialises in all aspects of restructuring and insolvency, both contentious and non-contentious. Regularly advises on cross-border restructurings, distressed corporate situations and turnarounds, and has been involved in matters including the Agritrade restructuring, the Hin Leong liquidation and the Yang Kee receivership; he was also involved in debt recovery and cross-border liquidation matters involving debts in excess of US$143 million and S$119 million.
