Justin Chan

نبذة

Associate Director at LVM Law Chambers LLC in Singapore with an active court and internal arbitration practice handling complex, high-value and multi-jurisdictional disputes. He co-leads the firm's Insolvency & Restructuring practice, specialises in claw-back claims and corporate fraud investigations, was shortlisted for Young Lawyer of the Year at the ALB SE Asia Law Awards 2022, and is a member of the Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law; he has also served as adjunct faculty at the Singapore Management University School of Law (2013–2017).
