Partner at Collas Crill based in Jersey, specialising in Jersey commercial and corporate law since 2000. Her practice focuses on collective investment funds, commercial property holding structures, banking and finance (including leading a banking team on large corporate real estate borrowing transactions), Sharia‑compliant structures and related regulatory and corporate governance matters; she was sworn in as an Advocate to the Royal Court of Jersey in November 2017 and became a partner of Voisin Law in January 2018.
