Philip Coulson

Philip Coulson is a partner at Bowmans in Kenya and co‑founded the firm's Kenyan practice (originally Coulson Harney) in 2008; he heads the Corporate and Commercial Department. He specialises in company and commercial law, capital markets, property development, finance, acquisitions, take-overs, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, commercial contracts, tax, employment and land law, is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and holds a Solicitor’s Practising Certificate from the Law Society of England and Wales, and holds an LLB from the University of Essex.
