Richard Bryce is a partner in Bowmans’ Johannesburg office in the Competition Practice, specialising in competition law including merger and behavioural matters. He has experience advising across industries such as chemicals, transportation, tobacco, food and beverage, advertising, IT services, mining and agriculture, and holds BCom, LLB and LLM (commercial law) degrees from the University of Cape Town.
