Alan Keep is the managing partner at Bowmans who specialises in corporate and tax law, advising on the structuring and implementation of black economic empowerment (BEE) transactions as well as joint ventures, asset disposals and acquisitions in the South African market. He is a member of the International Bar Association, has held office within its Tax Committee and has presented papers at its annual conference.
