Senior Associate in Bowmans' Dar es Salaam office specialising in corporate commercial law, with experience advising on cross-border M&A, capital markets, mining, oil & gas, energy, company formation and company secretarial matters. Prior to joining Bowmans he worked for over nine years in the Dar es Salaam office of an international law firm with secondments to Dubai, Johannesburg, London and Nairobi; he is a member of the Tanganyika Law Society and the East Africa Law Society.
