Brett Abraham is a Partner in the Employment department at Webber Wentzel, specializing in employment law with substantial experience in labour and general litigation before employment tribunals, the Labour Courts and the High Courts. He regularly conducts arbitrations, advises on employment-related due diligence and business-transfer consequences for multinational clients, and has extensive experience in the mining and metals sector with a focus on strike management and employer–union relations.
