Burton Phillips is a Partner in Webber Wentzel's Competition department who specialises in competition law. He advises on all competition law aspects of transactions, including due diligence, transaction protocols and engagements with competition authorities in South Africa and other African jurisdictions such as the COMESA Competition Commission and the Commission de la CEMAC.
