Senior Associate at Ellex Raidla in Estonia specialising in mergers and acquisitions as well as contract and business law. She holds a bachelor's degree and an LL.M. from the University of Tartu (both with honours), has experience at the Supreme Court of Estonia and other law firms, has studied at the University of Salzburg summer law school and as an exchange student at the University of Münster, and teaches seminars at the University of Tartu.
