Associate Partner and Co‑Head of Transactions at Ellex Raidla, specialising in M&A, business and contract law, corporate governance and employment matters. She previously worked at the Estonian Ministry of Justice and law firm Glimstedt, completed an internship in Michigan (USA), and holds LL.B. and LL.M. degrees from the University of Tartu; she also studied at the University of Liège and is pursuing an MSc in International Business Administration at the Estonian Business School.
