نبذة
Partner at Ellex Raidla in Estonia and a leading academic and practitioner in civil and commercial law. Former Head of the Division of Private Law at the Estonian Ministry of Justice and Associate Professor of civil law at the University of Tartu, he was a principal author of many core Estonian civil and commercial laws and helped implement related EU legislation.
