Mārtiņš Gailis is Partner and Head of the Intellectual Property practice at Ellex Klavins in Latvia, leading IP litigation and handling IP and competition matters. He represents international and local clients before civil and administrative courts, the Appeal Board of the Industrial Property Office and the EUIPO, and is a registered trade mark attorney in Latvia and at the EUIPO.
