Counsel with 25 years' experience in dispute resolution, EU and competition law, intellectual property (including patents and copyrights), regulatory and marketing law. He has served as Deputy Director of the Legal Department at the Swedish Competition Authority, as a legal advisor at the Ministry of Industry, worked at leading law firms and served as a judge, and advises clients on strategy, investigations and litigation including before the EU Court of Justice.
