She advises clients on venture capital and other financing transactions, fund formation, financial regulatory matters (including operating licences for banks, payment institutions, credit providers and fund managers) and ESG-related issues; she served on the board of the Estonian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (2017–2019) and is a member of the Estonian Bar Association (since 2004).
