Robin Teever is Counsel at Sorainen and head of the Defence sector group in Estonia, working in the firm's Corporate Advisory, M&A and Private Equity department and advising on corporate, M&A and employment matters. He also advises on company law and shareholder relations and has experience across real estate & construction and finance & insurance, having advised on landmark M&A cases including significant exits and investments.
