Associate in Sorainen's tax practice in Latvia, focusing on customs and excise matters as well as transfer pricing and other tax questions. She has worked on EU Combined Nomenclature classification, binding rulings under the EU Customs Code, transfer pricing documentation and was involved in one of the few advance pricing agreements with the Latvian State Revenue Service; she also supports NGOs on tax and customs issues.
