Partner in Sorainen's Tax practice with extensive tax advisory and finance experience since 1996, including prior roles at Big Four firms and as head of tax at a major Latvian commercial bank. Provides Latvian and international tax advice on matters such as tax aspects of M&A, tax risk management, transfer pricing and tax rulings, and participates in development of Latvian tax legislation and seminars.
